Each year, the ClimateCare Culture Award recognizes the people who best embody the heart of our co-operative. These are the individuals who go beyond job descriptions to lift others, lead with integrity, and serve their teams, customers, and communities with compassion and dedication.
At our August General Meeting, we were thrilled to announce Brandy Isherwood of Custom Comfort ClimateCare as the 2025 Culture Award Winner.

Brandy truly lives and breathes the ClimateCare spirit. She is the heartbeat of her team at Custom Comfort, known for her tireless work ethic, positivity, and loyalty, not just to her company, but to the entire ClimateCare network.
Whether it’s keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes or lifting team morale with a perfectly timed whiteboard joke, Brandy shows up with a can-do attitude every single day. She leads by example, supports others selflessly, and consistently puts people first.

Jacob Sherman of Brooks Heating & Air
Jacob’s quiet leadership and strong sense of community is outstanding. When visiting a local food bank, he returned with an idea to donate a fully installed water heater, going the extra mile to source the equipment and organize the donation. Jacob is known for taking initiative, being the first to arrive at work, and continuously improving his skills to better serve customers.

Sid Cruickshank of Causyn Cooling & Heating
Sid was recognized for his outstanding act of care and compassion when he helped a customer undergoing cancer treatment. Instead of waiting for a backordered AC unit, Sid coordinated to install a floor model immediately, then returned the next morning to complete the job before a full workday of installations. His empathy and dedication perfectly reflect the values we strive to uphold.
